Modular flow valve (speed control valve) is used to adjust the speed of the actuators in the system circuit. The line pressure fluctuation in the circuit will not affect the change of flow. The structure with a parallel-connected check valve ensures free flow of oil in one direction, without being affected by the throttle mechanism.
