Description
NOF prefill valve(one way valve) is used in large presses and injection molding machines to fill oil from the oil tank to the oil cylinder, so as to enable rapid movement under the condition of using a small pump. When the oil tank moves forward quickly, the oil tank will fill the oil cylinder. When the pressure is elevated, the backflow from the oil cylinder to the oil tank can be cut off. When the cylinder returns, the pilot control hydraulic oil will force the prefill valve to open, so that the oil will flow back from the oil cylinder to the oil tank.
